ClipsPlaza strictly prohibits:
a. human trafficking
b. sexual exploitation
c. forced participation
d. coerced content
e. non-consensual content
f. content involving minors
g. content involving anyone who appears to be under 18
h. content created through abuse, intimidation, fraud, force, threats, manipulation, or exploitation
i. content involving a person who could not legally or voluntarily consent
j. content involving stolen, leaked, hidden-camera, revenge, or secretly recorded material
Any suspected violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, payout hold, termination, record preservation, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
The purpose of this policy is to:
a. prevent exploitation and trafficking
b. protect participants and rights holders
c. require age, identity, and consent verification
d. prohibit illegal or non-consensual content
e. establish reporting and review procedures
f. support lawful marketplace operations
g. reduce legal, compliance, payment processor, and safety risk
Every person appearing in content uploaded to ClipsPlaza must be at least 18 years old at the time the content was created.
Content must not be uploaded if it involves:
a. anyone under 18
b. anyone who appears to be under 18
c. anyone whose age cannot be verified
d. age-ambiguous participants without strong verification records
e. simulated minor themes
f. metadata suggesting underage participation
g. titles, tags, categories, descriptions, costumes, school-age themes, or marketing that suggest a participant is under 18
ClipsPlaza has zero tolerance for any content involving minors or suggested minors.
All persons appearing in content must have given informed, voluntary, and documented consent.
Consent must cover:
a. participation in the content
b. being recorded
c. publication or distribution
d. sale or licensing
e. use of images, previews, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and metadata
f. distribution through ClipsPlaza or similar digital platforms
Consent must be voluntary and must not be obtained through force, threats, intimidation, manipulation, fraud, coercion, abuse of authority, debt pressure, trafficking, or exploitation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
a. uploading content involving trafficked persons
b. uploading content involving coerced persons
c. uploading content involving minors or suggested minors
d. uploading content where consent is missing, unclear, withdrawn, disputed, or unverifiable
e. uploading content involving intoxicated, unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable-to-consent persons
f. uploading hidden-camera or secretly recorded content
g. uploading leaked, stolen, revenge, or blackmail-related content
h. threatening or pressuring participants to appear in content
i. withholding pay, documents, housing, transport, or basic needs to force participation
j. using fraud, false promises, or deception to obtain participation
k. using another person's personal information, images, or identity without authorization
l. offering, requesting, promoting, or facilitating exploitation or trafficking through the Platform
Creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers must maintain and provide upon request:
a. government-issued identification for every participant
b. proof that every participant was at least 18 at the time of production
c. signed consent and release documentation
d. production records where applicable
e. rights and ownership documentation
f. record custodian information
g. additional compliance documents requested by ClipsPlaza
Documents must be accurate, readable, valid, and connected to the correct participant and content.
False, altered, incomplete, or unverifiable documents are prohibited.
Every creator, studio, producer, or content supplier using ClipsPlaza represents and warrants that:
a. all participants are adults
b. all participants gave valid consent
c. no participant was trafficked, coerced, exploited, forced, threatened, or manipulated
d. all required records are maintained
e. all content is legally owned or licensed
f. all content complies with ClipsPlaza policies and applicable law
g. all information provided to ClipsPlaza is accurate
Creators and studios must immediately notify ClipsPlaza if they become aware of any age, consent, trafficking, exploitation, ownership, or documentation concern involving uploaded content.
ClipsPlaza may review content, accounts, metadata, documents, and payout activity for trafficking, exploitation, age, consent, and compliance risk.
Review may include:
a. age and identity verification
b. model release review
c. consent review
d. record custodian review
e. metadata review
f. content review
g. payout risk review
h. complaint review
i. manual compliance escalation
Approval of content does not waive the uploader’s responsibility for compliance.
ClipsPlaza may treat the following as high-risk signals:
a. missing identity documents
b. missing or incomplete releases
c. age-ambiguous appearance
d. metadata suggesting youth, coercion, force, exploitation, or non-consent
e. repeated complaints
f. mismatched identity or release information
g. suspicious account behavior
h. unusual payout patterns
i. third-party reports
j. refusal to provide records
k. attempts to bypass moderation
l. duplicate uploads after rejection
High-risk signals may result in enhanced review, temporary content hiding, payout hold, account restriction, or termination.
Anyone may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual content, underage content, coercion, abuse, or unauthorized material.

Reports should include:
a. the exact URL or content location
b. a description of the concern
c. the reason the content may involve trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, or age concerns
d. contact information, if the reporter wants a response
e. supporting evidence, if available
ClipsPlaza may prioritize reports involving possible minors, trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, coercion, or immediate safety concerns.
After receiving a report, ClipsPlaza may:
a. temporarily hide or disable content
b. request records from the uploader
c. review account history
d. place earnings or payouts on hold
e. restrict upload ability
f. suspend the studio
g. preserve records
h. contact the reporter for more information
i. reject or remove related content
j. terminate the account
k. report to appropriate authorities where required
ClipsPlaza may take action before completing a full investigation where immediate risk is suspected.
ClipsPlaza may immediately remove or disable access to content if it appears to involve:
a. minors
b. trafficking
c. coercion
d. exploitation
e. non-consent
f. serious safety concerns
g. illegal activity
h. forged or missing documents
i. credible rights-holder or participant complaint
Emergency removal does not mean ClipsPlaza has completed a final determination.
ClipsPlaza may place payout holds when trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, age, document, fraud, copyright, or legal concerns exist.
A payout hold may apply to:
a. specific content
b. a model
c. a studio
d. a creator account
e. all related earnings
f. future payouts
Payout holds may remain until ClipsPlaza completes review and determines that payout is safe and permitted.
ClipsPlaza may apply a full or partial studio restriction in urgent risk situations.
A studio kill switch may:
a. prevent uploads
b. hide public clips
c. block payouts
d. freeze account activity
e. restrict dashboard access
f. preserve files and records for review
This tool may be used for trafficking, exploitation, age, consent, legal, fraud, safety, processor, or compliance concerns.
Creators must not use titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, previews, categories, or marketing language that suggests:
a. minors or underage persons
b. non-consent
c. coercion
d. trafficking
e. exploitation
f. force
g. abuse
h. blackmail
i. hidden-camera recording
j. stolen or leaked content
k. illegal activity
ClipsPlaza may block, edit, reject, or remove metadata that creates trafficking, consent, safety, legal, or payment processor risk.
Third-party producers, studios, and suppliers must follow the same standards as direct creators.
Supplying content to ClipsPlaza does not reduce the producer's responsibility for age verification, consent, documentation, rights clearance, and anti-trafficking compliance.
ClipsPlaza may request records from any third-party supplier at any time.
ClipsPlaza may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulatory agencies, courts, payment processors, banks, hosting providers, or other authorized parties.
Where legally required or appropriate, ClipsPlaza may report suspected minors, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, or illegal content to relevant authorities.
When a trafficking, exploitation, consent, age, or legal concern is reported or detected, ClipsPlaza may preserve:
a. uploaded files
b. thumbnails and previews
c. account information
d. IP addresses and logs
e. upload history
f. moderation history
g. transaction records
h. payout records
i. messages or support records
j. related documents
k. audit logs
Content removal does not necessarily mean records are deleted.
Creators, studios, producers, suppliers, users, or account holders must not retaliate against anyone who reports suspected trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, underage content, or policy violations.
Retaliation may result in suspension, termination, payout hold, and permanent removal from the Platform.
False, abusive, malicious, or bad-faith reports are prohibited.
However, ClipsPlaza will not penalize good-faith reports, even if the concern is not ultimately confirmed.
ClipsPlaza may implement internal procedures for reviewing reports, documents, content, and risk indicators.
Internal review may include:
a. moderation queues
b. compliance escalation
c. forbidden word lists
d. document checks
e. audit logs
f. payout holds
g. account restrictions
h. record preservation
i. report handling workflows
This Anti-Trafficking Policy works together with:
a. Terms of Service
b. Producer / Studio Agreement
c. Content Rules
d. 2257 Notice
e. DMCA Policy
f. Privacy Policy
g. Report Content Policy
h. Refund Policy
Content may be removed or restricted under any applicable policy.
Approval of a creator, studio, model, or clip does not guarantee permanent approval.
ClipsPlaza may reopen review at any time if new information, reports, documents, payment processor concerns, or legal concerns arise.
ClipsPlaza may update this Anti-Trafficking Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
