ClipsPlaza allows approved creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers to upload and sell downloadable digital media products.
Because some content is uploaded by third parties, ClipsPlaza provides a process for copyright owners or authorized agents to report allegedly infringing content.
If you believe content on ClipsPlaza infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
Submitting a false, misleading, incomplete, or bad-faith DMCA notice may have legal consequences.
You should only submit a DMCA notice if you are the copyright owner or are legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consult a qualified attorney before submitting a notice.
