Creator verification is used to help ClipsPlaza:
a. confirm creator and studio identity
b. reduce fraud and impersonation
c. protect participants and rights holders
d. confirm payout eligibility
e. support age, identity, consent, and recordkeeping obligations
f. reduce trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and non-consent risk
g. comply with payment processor, payout provider, banking, hosting, CDN, and legal requirements
h. maintain marketplace trust and safety
Verification is required before certain Platform features become available.
Verification may be required for:
a. individual creators
b. studio owners
c. company representatives
d. producers
e. content suppliers
f. payout recipients
g. models or participants appearing in content
h. account administrators with access to sensitive studio functions
i. any person or entity ClipsPlaza determines requires verification
ClipsPlaza may refuse account approval, upload access, publishing access, sales access, or payout access if verification is incomplete, invalid, suspicious, inconsistent, expired, or rejected.
Creators and studios must not attempt to bypass verification by using false information, another person’s identity, duplicate accounts, proxy accounts, or misleading documents.
For creator/studio account verification, ClipsPlaza may request:
a. full legal name
b. date of birth
c. country of residence or operation
d. email address
e. phone number, if required
f. government-issued identification
g. selfie or liveness check, if required
h. address information
i. business or company documents, if applicable
j. studio name
k. website or existing store links, if applicable
l. social media or portfolio links, if applicable
m. payout information
n. tax information where required
o. additional information needed for compliance review
A studio may be required to provide:
a. studio name
b. studio owner or authorized representative name
c. legal entity name, if applicable
d. company registration documents, if applicable
e. country of operation
f. business address or mailing address
g. contact email
h. support or legal contact
i. existing store links or portfolio links
j. proof of authority to act for the studio
k. payout recipient information
l. compliance contact information
ClipsPlaza may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional review of any studio.
If a creator/studio operates through a company, ClipsPlaza may request:
a. company registration certificate
b. articles of organization or similar document
c. operating agreement, if applicable
d. ownership information
e. director or manager information
f. authorized representative information
g. business address
h. tax identification information
i. proof of authority to act for the company
j. payout account ownership verification
Business verification may be required before higher-volume uploads, payouts, or marketplace privileges are approved.
For persons appearing in uploaded content, the creator/studio must maintain and, when requested, provide:
a. government-issued identification proving legal age
b. legal name
c. stage name or alias, if applicable
d. date of birth
e. signed release or consent document
f. proof of authority to publish and sell the content
g. production date or related production record where applicable
h. record custodian information where applicable
i. additional documents requested by ClipsPlaza
Every participant must be at least 18 years old at the time of production.
Creators and studios must maintain consent records confirming that every participant agreed to:
a. participate in the content
b. be recorded
c. allow publication
d. allow sale or licensing
e. allow distribution through ClipsPlaza or similar platforms
f. allow use of thumbnails, previews, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata
g. allow continued recordkeeping for legal, compliance, safety, accounting, and dispute purposes
Consent must be voluntary, informed, and documented.
The following are prohibited:
a. submitting false documents
b. submitting altered documents
c. submitting another person’s documents without authorization
d. using fake names for legal verification
e. using duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions
f. hiding beneficial ownership or studio control
g. misrepresenting payout ownership
h. submitting forged releases
i. submitting incomplete or misleading records
j. uploading content before records are complete
k. pressuring or coercing participants to sign documents
l. using verification to conceal trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, or illegal activity
Creator, studio, model, or document verification may use statuses including:
a. Not Submitted
b. Pending Review
c. Needs Fix
d. Approved
e. Rejected
f. Expired
g. Suspended
h. Under Investigation
ClipsPlaza may change verification status at any time based on new information, reports, document review, payment processor requirements, or legal/compliance risk.
ClipsPlaza may review submitted documents for:
a. readability
b. completeness
c. expiration date
d. matching names
e. matching dates of birth
f. matching account or studio information
g. signs of alteration
h. connection to uploaded content
i. record custodian information
j. consistency with Platform policies
ClipsPlaza may request corrected, clearer, updated, notarized, translated, or additional documents where necessary.
Verification documents and compliance records are intended to be stored privately.
Access should be limited to:
a. authorized ClipsPlaza personnel
b. compliance reviewers
c. legal advisors
d. approved service providers
e. payment or payout providers where required
f. authorities where legally required or appropriate
Verification documents should not be publicly visible.
Verification information may be used for:
a. account approval
b. studio approval
c. content review
d. payout eligibility
e. fraud prevention
f. anti-trafficking review
g. age and consent verification
h. rights verification
i. payment processor review
j. legal compliance
k. dispute handling
l. recordkeeping
m. platform safety
Verification information is handled according to the ClipsPlaza Privacy Policy.
ClipsPlaza may require re-verification at any time.
Re-verification may be required when:
a. documents expire
b. payout information changes
c. studio ownership changes
d. account behavior becomes suspicious
e. content volume increases
f. a complaint is received
g. a report raises age, consent, identity, or rights concerns
h. payment processors request review
i. payout providers request review
j. legal or compliance standards change
Failure to complete re-verification may result in restricted access, content hiding, payout hold, or account suspension.
Before receiving payouts, creators/studios may be required to verify:
a. legal name
b. payout account ownership
c. payout provider account
d. company information, if applicable
e. country
f. tax information, if required
g. sanctions or compliance status
h. minimum payout threshold
i. payout method eligibility
Payouts may be delayed, held, or refused if payout verification is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or rejected.
ClipsPlaza may place payouts on hold during verification or re-verification.
Reasons may include:
a. incomplete identity verification
b. missing model documents
c. missing consent records
d. suspicious payout activity
e. inconsistent account information
f. copyright complaints
g. non-consent or age reports
h. trafficking or exploitation concerns
i. fraud indicators
j. payment processor or payout provider review
If verification is incomplete or under review, ClipsPlaza may:
a. block uploads
b. prevent publishing
c. hide existing content
d. disable sales
e. remove content from search
f. restrict downloads
g. require document correction
h. place related earnings on hold
ClipsPlaza may apply enhanced review when risk indicators exist, including:
a. mismatched identity information
b. unverifiable documents
c. unusual payout details
d. high content volume from a new account
e. repeated rejected documents
f. repeated content reports
g. metadata suggesting age, consent, trafficking, or exploitation risk
h. suspicious upload behavior
i. duplicate accounts
j. account access from unusual locations
k. payment processor concerns
Enhanced review may require additional documents or manual approval.
ClipsPlaza may request existing store links, websites, social media profiles, or portfolio examples to help verify creator/studio legitimacy.
Failure to provide existing links does not automatically mean rejection, but may result in additional verification requirements.
False portfolio claims or impersonation may result in rejection or termination.
A creator/studio must have legal authority to upload and sell the content submitted.
ClipsPlaza may request proof of:
a. content ownership
b. license rights
c. distribution rights
d. studio authorization
e. model release rights
f. company authority
g. record custodian authority
If ownership or authority cannot be verified, content may be rejected or removed.
Creators and studios must keep verification information accurate and current.
You must update ClipsPlaza if:
a. legal name changes
b. company ownership changes
c. payout account changes
d. country changes
e. studio control changes
f. tax information changes
g. contact email changes
h. record custodian information changes
i. compliance documents expire or become invalid
If verification fails, ClipsPlaza may:
a. reject the account
b. reject the studio
c. reject model profiles
d. reject or remove content
e. block uploads
f. block publishing
g. hide public listings
h. place payouts on hold
i. reverse or adjust earnings where applicable
j. suspend or terminate the account
k. preserve records for legal or compliance review
l. report illegal activity where required
Submitting documents does not guarantee approval.
Approval of one account, studio, model, document, or clip does not guarantee approval of future submissions.
ClipsPlaza may change verification requirements at any time based on legal, compliance, payment processor, payout provider, fraud, safety, or business needs.
Providing false, forged, altered, stolen, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious violation.
ClipsPlaza may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in verification fraud.
ClipsPlaza may preserve records and report illegal conduct where required or appropriate.
This Creator Verification Policy works together with:

If verification conflicts with another Platform policy, ClipsPlaza may apply the stricter standard.
ClipsPlaza may update this Creator Verification Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
