ClipsPlaza is a digital marketplace that allows approved creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers to upload, list, sell, and distribute downloadable digital media products.
Certain content available on ClipsPlaza may be subject to age-verification and recordkeeping requirements under United States law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.
ClipsPlaza requires all creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers to maintain valid records proving that every person appearing in uploaded content was at least 18 years old at the time of production and gave valid consent for the creation and distribution of the content.
ClipsPlaza may operate as an online platform, marketplace, hosting provider, distributor, payment coordination platform, or content delivery service for content uploaded by third-party creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers.
Unless otherwise stated for specific content, ClipsPlaza is not the primary producer of third-party content uploaded by independent creators, studios, producers, or content suppliers.
The producer, studio, creator, or content supplier that uploads or supplies content is responsible for maintaining all legally required records for that content.
For content created, produced, or controlled by a third-party producer, studio, creator, or content supplier, the required 2257 records are maintained by the primary producer or record custodian identified by that producer, studio, creator, or content supplier.
Creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers are required to provide accurate record custodian information when requested by ClipsPlaza.
Every creator, studio, producer, or content supplier uploading content to ClipsPlaza must maintain complete and accurate records for all persons appearing in uploaded content, including but not limited to:
a. legal name
b. stage name or alias, if applicable
c. government-issued identification proving legal age
d. date of birth
e. production date or relevant production record
f. signed model release or consent agreement
g. proof of authority to sell, distribute, and license the content
h. any additional documentation required by applicable law or requested by ClipsPlaza
All persons appearing in content uploaded to ClipsPlaza must be at least 18 years old at the time of production.
All persons appearing in uploaded content must have given valid, informed, voluntary, and documented consent to:
a. participate in the content
b. be recorded
c. allow the content to be distributed
d. allow the content to be sold or licensed
e. allow the content to be displayed, marketed, previewed, and delivered through ClipsPlaza or similar platforms
Content must not be uploaded if age, identity, consent, ownership, or distribution rights cannot be verified.
ClipsPlaza has zero tolerance for content involving minors, suggested minors, age-ambiguous participants without strong verification, or any content that implies a participant is under 18.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
a. content involving anyone under 18
b. content involving anyone who appears to be under 18
c. metadata suggesting a participant is under 18
d. simulated minor themes
e. school-age presentation or description
f. any title, tag, category, thumbnail, description, costume, or context suggesting a participant is under 18
Any suspected violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, payout hold, termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
By uploading content to ClipsPlaza, each creator, studio, producer, or content supplier represents and warrants that:
a. every person appearing in the content was at least 18 years old at the time of production
b. all required identity and age records have been collected and maintained
c. all required releases and consents have been collected and maintained
d. the uploader has legal authority to upload, sell, and distribute the content
e. the content complies with applicable laws and regulations
f. the uploader will provide records promptly upon request
g. the content does not involve coercion, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, force, fraud, or non-consent
For content uploaded by third-party creators, studios, producers, or content suppliers, the applicable records are maintained by the relevant primary producer or designated records custodian.
Creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers must provide record custodian information to ClipsPlaza upon request, including:
a. legal name or company name
b. responsible person
c. physical records address, where applicable
d. contact email
e. telephone number, if available
f. content or production identifiers
g. any other information required for compliance review
ClipsPlaza may maintain platform-level records related to uploaded content, including:
a. uploader account information
b. studio information
c. model profile information
d. uploaded compliance documents
e. content metadata
f. upload dates
g. approval and moderation logs
h. transaction records
i. audit logs
j. payout records
k. takedown and report records
l. records required for legal, compliance, fraud, or payment processor review
Platform-level records do not replace the uploader’s obligation to maintain legally required primary producer records.
ClipsPlaza may request age, identity, release, ownership, or record custodian documentation at any time.
Creators, studios, producers, and content suppliers must respond promptly and accurately.
Failure to provide requested records may result in:
a. rejection of content
b. removal or hiding of content
c. suspension of uploads
d. payout hold
e. studio suspension
f. account termination
g. reporting to appropriate authorities where required
ClipsPlaza may review content and documentation before or after publication.
Review may include:
a. age verification
b. identity verification
c. model release review
d. ownership review
e. consent review
f. metadata review
g. risk review
h. payment processor compliance review
Approval of content by ClipsPlaza does not waive the uploader’s responsibility for maintaining required records and complying with the law.
Some content on ClipsPlaza may be uploaded by independent third-party creators, studios, producers, or content suppliers.
For third-party content, the uploading party is responsible for:
a. creating or acquiring the content legally
b. maintaining legally required records
c. ensuring all participants were adults
d. ensuring all participants consented
e. ensuring all rights are cleared
f. providing documents to ClipsPlaza upon request
ClipsPlaza may remove, hide, restrict, or disable access to content if:
a. records are missing
b. records are incomplete
c. records appear false or altered
d. a participant’s age cannot be verified
e. consent cannot be verified
f. ownership cannot be verified
g. a complaint or report raises age, consent, or documentation concerns
h. the uploader fails to respond to a records request
i. ClipsPlaza determines the content creates legal or compliance risk
Any person may report concerns involving age, identity, consent, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or unauthorized content.

Reports involving possible minors, non-consent, trafficking, exploitation, or coercion may be prioritized and may result in immediate temporary removal while reviewed.
Although ClipsPlaza requires uploaders to follow legal and Platform requirements, ClipsPlaza cannot guarantee that every third-party uploader has fully complied with all recordkeeping obligations.
ClipsPlaza may take enforcement action when it discovers or receives credible information indicating that records are missing, invalid, false, incomplete, or non-compliant.
Violations of this 2257 Notice, the Producer / Studio Agreement, Content Rules, or related policies may result in:
a. content rejection
b. content removal
c. account suspension
d. studio suspension
e. model rejection
f. payout hold
g. payout reversal or adjustment
h. termination
i. blocking future uploads
j. preservation of records
k. reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required
Providing false, altered, forged, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent records is strictly prohibited.
False records may result in immediate termination, payout hold, content removal, and legal or regulatory reporting where required.

If any content violates another Platform policy, ClipsPlaza may remove or restrict it even if records appear to exist.
