Every person appearing in uploaded content must be verified as an adult at the time of production, must have given valid consent, and must be covered by appropriate records and releases.
If content cannot be verified, it must not be uploaded.
You are fully responsible for all content you upload, including:
a. video files
b. preview videos
c. thumbnails
d. images
e. titles
f. descriptions
g. tags
h. categories
i. model/stage names
j. studio names
k. metadata
l. documents and release records
You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, payment processor rules, Platform rules, and third-party rights.
ClipsPlaza may approve, reject, hide, remove, restrict, or request changes to any content at its discretion.
All persons appearing in uploaded content must be at least 18 years old at the time the content was created.
You must not upload content involving:
a. minors
b. anyone under 18
c. anyone who appears to be under 18
d. age-ambiguous persons without strong verification records
e. simulated minor themes
f. school-age presentation or metadata
g. any title, description, tag, category, costume, context, or marketing suggesting a person is under 18
ClipsPlaza has zero tolerance for content involving minors or suggested minors.
Any suspected violation may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, payout hold, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
All participants appearing in content must have given informed, voluntary, and documented consent.
You must not upload content involving:
a. non-consensual activity
b. hidden-camera recording
c. secretly recorded content
d. leaked content
e. stolen content
f. revenge content
g. coerced content
h. blackmail-related content
i. intoxicated or incapacitated persons unable to consent
j. any content where consent is unclear or disputed
Consent must cover recording, distribution, sale, and publication on platforms such as ClipsPlaza.
For each participant appearing in uploaded content, you must maintain and provide upon request:
a. government-issued identification proving legal age
b. signed model release or consent agreement
c. records showing the right to sell and distribute the content
d. production date or related production records where applicable
e. additional documents requested by ClipsPlaza
Documents must be accurate, valid, readable, and connected to the correct participant and content.
Fake, altered, incomplete, or unverifiable documents may result in rejection, suspension, payout hold, or termination.
You must own or control all rights needed to upload, sell, and distribute the content.
You must not upload content that violates:
a. copyright rights
b. trademark rights
c. privacy rights
d. publicity rights
e. contractual rights
f. exclusivity agreements
g. licensing agreements
h. confidentiality obligations
i. platform or producer agreements with third parties
You must not upload content copied from other websites, platforms, producers, studios, creators, or social media accounts unless you have full legal authorization.
The following content is prohibited on ClipsPlaza:
a. content involving minors or suggested minors
b. non-consensual content
c. hidden-camera or secretly recorded content
d. stolen, leaked, pirated, or revenge content
e. content involving coercion, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or force
f. content involving animals
g. content involving real injury, actual violence, or serious physical harm
h. content involving illegal drugs or illegal activity
i. content involving weapons used in a threatening or unlawful way
j. content promoting hate, terrorism, violent extremism, or targeted harassment
k. content containing private personal information without authorization
l. content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
m. content that violates payment processor rules
n. content that ClipsPlaza determines creates legal, compliance, reputational, technical, or financial risk
Titles, descriptions, tags, categories, thumbnails, preview text, model names, studio names, and any other metadata must not include prohibited or misleading claims.
Metadata must not:
a. suggest any participant is under 18
b. imply non-consent, coercion, exploitation, or trafficking
c. use terms prohibited by ClipsPlaza
d. include illegal claims
e. include hateful, abusive, or threatening language
f. include another person's brand, name, trademark, or copyrighted work without authorization
g. falsely describe content
h. mislead buyers about what is included
i. contain spam, keyword stuffing, or unrelated terms
j. promote off-platform payment or contact methods unless approved
ClipsPlaza may edit, reject, hide, or remove metadata that violates these rules.
ClipsPlaza may maintain a forbidden words and restricted terms list.
If content or metadata includes a forbidden or restricted term, the system may:
a. block submission
b. flag the content for manual review
c. require metadata changes
d. reject the listing
e. suspend the studio if repeated violations occur
Avoid using language that creates legal, consent, age, violence, trafficking, abuse, copyright, or payment processor risk.
Content may only be submitted if:
a. the studio is approved or verified
b. assigned models are approved
c. required documents are uploaded and valid
d. the content is properly categorized
e. the listing meets Platform rules
Rejected, suspended, or expired-document models may not be assigned to new content.
Suspended studios may not upload, submit, publish, or receive payouts.
Clips may have statuses including:
a. Draft
b. Pending Review
c. Needs Fix
d. Approved
e. Published
f. Rejected
g. Hidden
Only Published clips are visible in the marketplace.
ClipsPlaza may move content between statuses at any time for compliance, legal, technical, quality, or business reasons.
Thumbnails and preview videos must accurately represent the listed content.
They must not:
a. show prohibited content
b. include misleading imagery
c. include unauthorized branding
d. include private personal information
e. include content that violates these rules
f. suggest illegal or non-compliant themes
ClipsPlaza may generate, replace, crop, reject, or remove thumbnails or previews where necessary.
Creators must select accurate categories and tags.
You must not use unrelated categories or tags to manipulate search visibility.
ClipsPlaza may change, remove, merge, disable, or restrict categories and tags.
Tag pages may be controlled or limited for SEO, safety, and quality reasons.
Content may be rejected for quality reasons, including:
a. corrupted video file
b. unplayable file
c. extremely poor resolution
d. missing audio where audio is expected
e. incorrect file format
f. broken preview or thumbnail
g. misleading title or description
h. duplicate upload
i. incomplete listing
j. missing required model assignment
k. missing required documents
You must not repeatedly upload the same content to bypass moderation, manipulate search, or avoid enforcement.
Duplicate versions may be rejected, hidden, merged, or removed.
Approved alternate versions may be allowed only if they provide meaningful differences and comply with Platform rules.
If ClipsPlaza receives a copyright complaint, DMCA notice, rights complaint, or legal notice, we may:
a. remove or disable access to the content
b. request documentation from the uploader
c. notify the uploader where appropriate
d. place earnings on hold
e. restrict the studio
f. terminate repeat infringers
g. preserve records for legal review
Repeat copyright violations may result in account termination.
If content has already been purchased by customers, ClipsPlaza may retain files and records as needed to support purchase history, downloads, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, fraud review, and technical integrity.
If content is found to be illegal, infringing, non-compliant, or unsafe, ClipsPlaza may remove customer access.
Creators may request removal or hiding of their own content, subject to Platform functionality and prior purchase rules.
Removal from public sale does not automatically delete:
a. transaction records
b. audit logs
c. customer purchase records
d. compliance records
e. dispute records
f. backup records
g. accounting records
h. legal records
ClipsPlaza may apply enhanced review to content, studios, models, metadata, or payout activity based on risk indicators.
Enhanced review may include:
a. document review
b. identity review
c. rights verification
d. metadata review
e. payout hold
f. temporary hiding of content
g. additional questions to the uploader
h. escalation to compliance review
All content must comply with the rules of ClipsPlaza's payment processors, payout providers, banks, hosting providers, CDN providers, and other service providers.
Even if content is legal in one jurisdiction, ClipsPlaza may reject or remove it if it creates payment processor, banking, hosting, or compliance risk.
Users, rights holders, participants, authorities, and third parties may report content through ClipsPlaza's Report Content page or support contact.
Reports may involve:
a. copyright infringement
b. non-consensual content
c. age or identity concerns
d. privacy violations
e. impersonation
f. prohibited content
g. wrong metadata
h. legal concerns
i. safety concerns
ClipsPlaza may remove, hide, or restrict reported content during review.
If these Content Rules are violated, ClipsPlaza may take one or more actions:
a. reject content
b. mark content as Needs Fix
c. hide content
d. remove content
e. disable downloads
f. suspend a studio
g. reject a model
h. freeze payouts
i. apply a payout hold
j. terminate the account
k. block future uploads
l. report illegal activity where required
m. preserve records for legal or compliance review
ClipsPlaza may apply an urgent studio restriction when serious risk is detected.
A studio kill switch may:
a. prevent uploads
b. hide public clips
c. block payouts
d. freeze account activity
e. restrict dashboard access
f. preserve files and records for review
This may be used for legal, compliance, fraud, safety, processor, or rights-related concerns.
If content is rejected or marked Needs Fix, ClipsPlaza may provide a reason.
Creators may be allowed to:
a. edit metadata
b. upload corrected documents
c. replace files
d. clarify ownership rights
e. provide additional proof
f. resubmit for review
ClipsPlaza is not required to approve resubmitted content.
Approval of a studio, model, or clip does not guarantee:
a. continued approval
b. search ranking
c. traffic
d. sales
e. payout eligibility
f. permanent listing
g. customer visibility
ClipsPlaza may change marketplace rules, categories, ranking, visibility, moderation standards, and approval rules at any time.
ClipsPlaza may update these Content Rules at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised rules.
For material changes, ClipsPlaza may require creators/studios to accept updated rules before uploading new content or receiving payouts.
