a. a creator/studio that uploaded the content
b. a person appearing in the content
c. a copyright owner
d. an authorized rights representative
e. a buyer/customer
f. a law enforcement or government authority
g. a payment processor, bank, host, CDN, or service provider
h. ClipsPlaza internal moderation or compliance team
i. any person with a good-faith concern about policy, rights, safety, age, consent, or legality
Creators and studios may request that their own content be hidden or removed from public sale.
A creator/studio removal request should include:
a. account email
b. studio name
c. clip title
d. exact URL
e. reason for removal
f. whether the request is for temporary hiding or permanent removal
g. any related legal, rights, or participant concern
A person appearing in content may request review or removal if they believe:
a. they did not consent to publication
b. they did not consent to sale or distribution
c. the content was uploaded without authorization
d. their identity, name, image, or likeness is being misused
e. they were under 18 at the time of production
f. consent was coerced, withdrawn, disputed, or invalid

h. leaked, stolen, or revenge content

Content may be removed or disabled in response to:

f. impersonation claims

ClipsPlaza may remove or restrict content if required or recommended by:

b. payout providers

d. hosting providers
e. CDN providers
f. fraud-prevention providers
g. compliance providers
h. legal advisors
i. regulators or authorities
ClipsPlaza may immediately remove, hide, or disable access to content before completing full review if urgent risk is suspected.
Emergency removal may apply to content involving:
a. minors or suspected minors
b. non-consent
c. trafficking or exploitation
d. coercion or abuse
e. stolen or leaked material
f. credible rights complaints
g. serious legal risk
h. fraud or payment abuse
i. court order or authority request
j. processor or service provider demand
Removed content may be assigned a status such as:

c. Rejected
d. Suspended

If content has already been purchased by customers, ClipsPlaza may decide whether prior customer access remains available.
Customer access may be removed if content is:

f. subject to a rights complaint
g. unsafe to continue distributing
h. removed due to payment processor or service provider requirements
Removal from public sale does not automatically mean all files or records are deleted.
ClipsPlaza may retain records for:
a. legal compliance
b. audit logs
c. customer purchase records
d. transaction records
e. payout records
f. refund and chargeback handling
g. DMCA and rights complaints
h. age and consent verification
i. anti-trafficking review
j. fraud prevention
k. tax and accounting records
l. law enforcement or regulatory requests
m. technical backup integrity
ClipsPlaza may place content, files, documents, or account records under legal hold.
A legal hold may apply when content is connected to:
a. DMCA notice
b. copyright dispute
c. participant complaint
d. underage concern
e. non-consent concern
f. trafficking or exploitation concern
g. fraud review
h. chargeback investigation
i. court order
j. law enforcement request
k. regulatory inquiry
l. payment processor investigation
If content is removed, hidden, disabled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to violate Platform rules, ClipsPlaza may:
a. hold related earnings
b. reverse related earnings
c. adjust unpaid balances
d. offset future earnings
e. refund buyers where appropriate
f. place payouts on hold
g. suspend payout eligibility
h. terminate the creator/studio account
Content removal does not automatically create a refund right.
Refunds may be reviewed according to the Refund Policy.
ClipsPlaza may consider refunds if:
a. content was removed before access was provided
b. the wrong file was delivered
c. the product was materially defective
d. the purchase was duplicate or erroneous
e. applicable law requires a refund
f. ClipsPlaza determines a refund is appropriate
Creators/studios with repeated content removals, repeated valid complaints, repeated missing documents, repeated rights issues, or repeated compliance problems may face:
a. manual review
b. upload restrictions
c. reduced trust status
d. payout holds
e. studio suspension
f. permanent termination
g. blocking future registrations
h. legal escalation where appropriate
If content is removed or rejected, the creator/studio may be allowed to appeal or resubmit if ClipsPlaza permits it.
An appeal or resubmission should include:
a. clip title
b. exact URL or clip ID
c. reason for appeal
d. corrected metadata
e. corrected documents
f. ownership proof
g. consent proof
h. age verification proof
i. explanation of why removal was mistaken
ClipsPlaza may restore removed content if it determines that:
a. removal was mistaken
b. required documents are provided
c. rights are verified
d. metadata is corrected
e. processor or compliance risk is resolved
f. legal concerns are resolved
g. the content complies with all Platform policies
False, abusive, malicious, fraudulent, or bad-faith removal requests are prohibited.
ClipsPlaza may reject requests that appear to be:

d. submitted to harass a creator/studio
e. submitted to harm a competitor
f. unrelated to the reported content
g. repeatedly duplicative
h. unsupported by any reasonable explanation

ClipsPlaza does not guarantee that any content will remain available permanently.
